Can woman get pregnant with only one fallopian tube? The answer is YES.

In case one tube has been removed because of the surgery, it does not affect pregnancy and a woman still has a chance to become pregnant. As long as the remaining tube is functioning, not blocked and the ovary is normal. So, the body still produces hormones for ovulation and a woman can have periods as usual.

If a woman needs to know whether she has a problem with the fallopian tube, kindly visit the doctor to receive an ultrasound testing together with the hysterosalpingography to evaluate the blocked fallopian tube.

Although natural pregnancy may not possible as a result of the blocked fallopian tube but a woman can get pregnant with the ICSI treatment accordingly.
