Initially the male’s semen was lower than the standard and the female’s is experiencing a problem of low ovulation, with an AMH value of only 0.9! Only 3 eggs can be collected and can be fertilized and raised as embryos. After sending the embryos for chromosome testing, 2 embryos passed the criteria. In the first round of endometrial preparation, the thickness was not enough. The doctor adjusted the medication to make the endometrium ready for implantation of the embryo. Finally, she could conceive a son with only one embryo insertion.

By an amniocentesis, all of her results are normal.

So, they decided to visit Prime Fertility Clinic. Initially, husband was found substandard sperm and wife was found low egg count. Khun Maneenuch needed 3 stimulation cycles until she could obtain potential eggs and proceed with ICSI and embryo culture. After embryo chromosome testing, they got 3 qualified embryos.
However, the result of embryo transfer didn’t come out as expected. The first and second transfer were not successful. The doctor then planned the treatment again. Finally, Khun Maneenuch can conceive successfully on the third try of embryo transfer. She is now getting pregnant with a baby girl.
