For the couple who need to attend the infertility treatment by IUI, In-Vitro Fertilization or ICSI, have to present the marriage certificate to the clinic.

This regulation is required by Thai law. Specified that only the lawful spouse is allowed to receive the infertility treatment. Therefore, let me remind you to bring your marriage certificate upon your first visit for the infertility treatment accordingly.
