Is it necessary to hold in semen for a long time and not released before the ovulation day?

Is it necessary to hold in semen for a long time and not released before the ovulation day? We must say “No!” and it is not the way you should do.

If you don’t have frequent ejaculations, the sperm production will decrease then the sperm mobility will decline because the body will not recognize how important it is. In the meantime, frequent ejaculations lead the body increase the sperm production as well.

Therefore, in order to get healthy, fresh sperm and good sperm count, kindly have sex regularly and appropriately. Do not ejaculate only on the ovulation day.

Although sperm can survive about 48 hours after ejaculation but sometimes the good sperm can live for up to 4 days inside women’s uterus then wait for fertilizing with egg.

So, ejaculating is more beneficial than holding in sperm for a long time. Men who have poor sperm quality can boost their sperm potency by ejaculating regularly and appropriately.
