Be careful, men! Electric cigarette leads to poor sperm quality!

Be careful, men! Electric cigarette leads to poor sperm quality!

First of all, there is only a little difference between an electric cigarette and a regular cigarette. Smoking electric cigarettes reduce Carbon Monoxide emissions, a gas that destroys the lung, more than a normal cigarette.

But an electric cigarette is still a cigarette. Electric cigarette still contains “Nicotine”

Nicotine is the main reason causing poor sperm quality. It causes poor sperm production, abnormal morphology, and poor motility. The more you smoke, the more it causes the accumulation of sexual dysfunction.

Moreover, it has a negative impact on people breathing the smoke, especially pregnant women. It can cause abnormalities in babies.
